She is Smile Artists Office Coordinator. She has worked alongside Dr. Neff for many years. She loves to talk about cosmetic dentistry. Kathie is Dr. Neff's wife and stays busy with their young son Calvin and daughter Cambrie. She is also a competitive water skier.

Lynda recently moved to Northwest Arkansas from Florida with over 30 years of dental experience and is our Scheduling Coordinator. Lynda and her husband, Bob, reside at Beaver Lake and are actively involved with music at their church. Between them they have 6 children and several grandchildren.

A Siloam Springs graduate has over 22 years of dental experience with specialized training in Orthodontics and Cosmetic Dentistry. She has worked with Dr. Neff so long she can truly read his mind. Connie has attended numerous dental seminars with Dr. Neff. She lives in Rogers with her husband, Pat, and is a proud mother of two, Mallory and Mariah.

Kim grew up in Southern California but calls Northwest Arkansas home. She has 10 years experience in assisting duties which include Zoom Whitening. She and her husband, David reside in Gentry with their three children Branden, Brittany and Bridget.

Jeri Lynn was raised in Green Forest. She attended the University of Arkansas and graduated from Missouri Southern in Dental Hygiene. She was formerly an assitant of Dr. Neff and rejoined our team as a Hygienist. She and her husband, James, live in Rogers with their daughter, Caleigh.

Heather is a Northwest Arkansas native. Along with dental assisting, Heather is also our Treatment Coordinator and Cosmetic Imaging Specialist. She and her husband, Brad, reside in Bentonville with their four children, Bradley, Zachary, Whitney and Hayden.

Amber grew up in Clarksville and is a graduate of University of Arkansas Dental Hygiene Program in Forth Smith. She now resides in Northwest Arkansas and has joined our team as a full time Hygienist.
